$1000 scholarship payable directly to winner. Eligible applicants include active members (annual and lifetime) and their dependents for undergraduate and graduate education. Requires transcripts for high school graduates and current college students, as well as one academic letter of recommendation and a statement of purpose. First-year undergraduate students over 25 years of age need not submit high-school transcripts but must state as such in their statement of purpose.
