The Harold C. Pierce, Jr. Scholarship awards $1,000 to EANGWV members and their dependents every year.

Eligible applicants are active EANGWV members (annual and lifetime) and their dependents pursuing undergraduate or graduate education. The application requires transcripts (high-school transcripts for recent graduates and current college transcripts for enrolled students), one academic letter of recommendation, and a statement of purpose. First-year undergraduate students over 25 need not submit high-school transcripts but must say so in their statement.

Applications close August 31, 2026. Winners are notified by email and recognized at the State Conference.
