The EANGWV State Conference and Enlisted Professional Development Summit is our flagship event: the association's annual business meeting paired with a weekend of professional development built specifically for enlisted Soldiers and Airmen. Expect senior enlisted panels from state and national leadership, legislative updates that affect your pay and benefits, mentoring sessions, tactical-gear vendors, a team PT challenge, and time with your family at Camp Dawson.
Attendance is open to Soldiers, Airmen, and families. Attendees who are not yet members receive a free one-year EPD membership.

The 2026 Summit was held 15–17 May at Camp Dawson, Kingwood. Dates and registration for 2027 will be posted here and announced to members by email. Make sure your address is current in Your Profile.
